Join us as Petco presents Awesome Paws Rescue with $15,000 for a transport vehicle.
Our mission, here at Awesome Paws, is to save dogs at risk of euthanasia, and find them loving forever homes. We focus on alleviating some of the burden on high-kill shelters in the south, by pulling dogs from over-crowded shelters and bringing them to Buffalo, NY, where they are fostered with families until they are adopted. A large expense involved with this process is the transportation of these dogs to Buffalo. Such expenses limit how many dogs we can save. Petco Foundation has graciously chosen Awesome Paws Rescue for a $15,000 investment to purchase a transport van, allowing us to bring more dogs to foster homes (and get them off of death row).
Join us at this event as Petco Foundation presents Awesome Paws Rescue with a generous investment to fund our life-saving efforts. Awesome Paws Rescue will also be unveiling the transportation van purchased with this investment.
